Controller and scope
Nicolas Estrem is the controller for processing carried out through estrem.eu. To contact the controller about privacy, email [email protected].
The site does not offer an account, checkout or contact form. If you email the publisher, your email address and the information you provide are processed only to respond to you and manage the resulting correspondence.
Analytics with your consent
No analytics script loads until you actively choose “Accept analytics”. When accepted, Umami Cloud is used to understand page use and improve the site. Refusing does not change your access to the site.
Your choice is stored locally in your browser under the key estrem-analytics-consent. You can reopen the preference panel at any time below.
Recipients, transfers and retention
Hosting is provided by Vercel. When analytics has been accepted, Umami acts as an analytics service provider. These providers may process technical information necessary to deliver their services; their terms describe the location of processing and any transfer safeguards.
Email correspondence is kept only for as long as needed to handle the request and meet applicable legal obligations. The site does not set a fixed retention period for analytics data in this policy; it is managed in the analytics service configuration.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions of applicable law, you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or objection to processing, and data portability where applicable. You can also withdraw analytics consent at any time without affecting prior processing based on consent.
